The form below is for parents/guardians who are interested in enrolling their child at IQRA Academy.

New Students:

Kindly fill out the form below and upload the student’s most recent report card/transcript.
After the form has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please allow 3-5 school days for the Admission Team to review the form. Missing documents or incorrect documentation will delay the review process.
