The best teachers do not assume they have taught well. They reflect on whether learning truly happened. Growth in teaching begins when we stop merely delivering lessons and start reviewing them. A lesson taught is not a lesson perfected.

After one lesson this week, pause and ask yourself:
“What worked well?”, “Where did students struggle?”, “What would I change next time?”
Even brief reflection builds better teaching.

A teacher who reflects, improves. A teacher who never reflects, repeats the same mistakes for years. Improvement begins with honest self-review.

“O you who believe, fear Allah and let every soul look to what it has sent forward for tomorrow.” (Qur’an 59:18)
