You have planned, prepared, taught, and encouraged. You have celebrated successes and carried concerns for your students. Some seeds have flourished, while others remain unseen. Remember that your responsibility is sincere effort. Progress and change come from Allah. The seeds you planted this year may bear fruit months or even years from now.
